When the carrier will pick up your order, you will receive by mail a shipping confirmation with the tracking link of your package. You can also find the parcel number and tracking link in your account.

Après shipment of you order by Fedex, your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Know that at Sparco Fashion your satisfaction is paramount, which is why, whatever your reason, you have 30 days after shipment of your order to make the return of your articles and get their refund.

How to proceed

Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your package, by lending Card or PayPal.
Depending on your bank a period of 2 to 4 working days may be necessary for the operation appears to credit your account.
Warning: if you have a deferred debit card, your bank will register the transaction on your account at month end only.

If the article you have received does not comply with your order or is defective, you can exercise your legal guarantee of conformity. Return costs will be covered and you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return goods.

No worry, you get a money back guarantee, so you can make the return of your order within 30 days after shipment of your order and get your refund.

  • Items must be in original condition and in their box / original case
  • The boxes must be intact (not taped, untagged ...)
  • Use the original packaging or other packaging able to protect items and their box during transport.
  • Labels should not have been cut or torn
